Pacific Exterior

Pacific Exterior is a family-operated business specializing in exterior cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Monterey Counties. Established in 2010 by Eric Schnaible, the company fills a crucial niche in the Northern California market for professional, damage-free cleaning solutions. Leveraging state-of-the-art equipment and environmentally friendly detergents, Pacific Exterior effectively removes contaminants like dirt, mildew, and algae from various hard surfaces, including patios, driveways, and roofs.

Pacific Exterior holds the prestigious Diamond Certified status, indicating it has been rated Highest in Quality and Helpful Expertise. This certification is partially based on its high scores in helpful expertise, underscoring its commitment to client education and satisfaction. The company has achieved a high ONE AllRatings score—a super-composite rating based on customer star scores and reviews from all major review sites, optimized for accuracy and recency.

A cornerstone of Pacific Exterior's operational philosophy is educating clients about safe washing techniques. Traditional pressure washing methods, while effective, can often lead to damage. In contrast, Pacific Exterior employs a detergent-based approach that adheres to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring longevity and superior results without surface damage. Owner Eric Schnaible emphasizes the importance of this approach: 'Our consistent, damage-free methods lead to outstanding results. We’re thorough, conscientious, and our clients re thrilled with the transformation of their properties.'

While the Diamond Certified status provides a positive indicator, it is crucial to recognize that it does not eliminate the need for due diligence. Potential clients are advised to:
- Verify the scope and terms of warranties offered, particularly in roof cleaning services.
- Confirm that no pressure washing will be used during the cleaning process.
- Inquire about environmentally safe practices and chemical usage.

Pacific Exterior distinguishes itself by avoiding unnecessary pressure washing, which can cause irreversible damage, particularly to delicate surfaces. It promotes regular 'safe washing' to maintain curb appeal, extend the lifespan of exterior surfaces, and improve environmental safety.
