Next Stage Design Build

Next Stage Design + Build, founded in 2004 in San Jose, operates as a full-service residential remodeling company serving clients in Santa Clara County. The firm's capabilities extend across a spectrum of design/build remodeling services, including the renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, complete home makeovers, additions, decks, porches, and garages. They also offer solutions for trim repairs, drywall, doors, windows, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, and other minor design elements. The founder and president, Jim Kabel, established the company to address the inadequate responsiveness and quality he experienced with local contractors during his own home improvement projects.

Dedicated to delivering a high level of client care and guaranteed quality, Next Stage Design + Build has positioned itself as a one-stop remodeling solution provider. The company boasts an in-house design team, project management, and skilled lead carpenters offering comprehensive design, management, and execution of projects. Their commitment to employing only security-cleared, experienced craftspeople further underlines this ethos, contributing to their receipt of numerous design and customer satisfaction awards.

Next Stage Design + Build is recognized with the Diamond Certified award, marking it as a provider of Highest in Quality and Helpful Expertise. This certification underscores their proficiency in understanding client needs and offering expert solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. However, while the Diamond Certified status provides a positive indicator, it is crucial to recognize that it does not eliminate the need for due diligence. Potential clients are advised to: - Request a detailed outline of project scope and expected timelines. - Verify licensing and insurance credentials. - Seek examples of previous projects or references to gauge craftsmanship.

The company also acknowledges the importance of sustainable practices, incorporating Green design principles and energy-efficient materials where applicable. An American Society of Interior Designers-certified interior designer on staff aids clients in space planning and material selection, ensuring each project aligns with client vision and specifications through computer-rendered project designs.

Next Stage Design + Build has achieved a high ONE AllRatings score a super-composite rating based on customer star scores and reviews from all major review sites, optimized for accuracy and recency.
