City Carpets

City Carpets has been a leading provider of flooring solutions since 1993, serving the North Bay and surrounding areas with a commitment to quality and service excellence. Co-owned by Leigh and Hossein Bakhtiari, City Carpets is renowned for its extensive range of flooring options, including hardwood, laminate, carpet, tile, and more from top manufacturers such as Stainmaster, Armstrong, and Masland. The company is particularly distinguished as Marin and Sonoma Counties' exclusive Stainmaster Flooring Center, offering warranties not available at other retailers.

City Carpets places a strong emphasis on personalized customer service, ensuring that each client receives expert guidance tailored to their unique needs. Their showroom in San Rafael showcases a vast selection of products, and the company's sales team, with over a decade of experience, is well-versed in the latest flooring trends and installation techniques. This dedication to customer service and product knowledge has helped City Carpets earn the prestigious Diamond Certified award, indicating the highest quality and expertise standards.

Training and innovation are pillars of City Carpets' operational philosophy. The company conducts weekly meetings to keep staff informed about new products and methods, ensuring that both salespeople and installers are equipped with the latest industry knowledge. With a focus on thorough site cleanliness and professionalism, City Carpets ensures all installations meet customer expectations through post-installation walkthroughs and feedback integration.

The company has achieved a high ONE AllRatings score—a super-composite rating based on customer star scores and reviews from all major review sites, optimized for accuracy and recency. Despite the reliability suggested by the Diamond Certified status, due diligence remains essential. Potential clients are advised to:
- Confirm product availability and estimated delivery times to ensure timely project completion.
